It’s time to get your spook on with DJs spinning bone-chilling beats, mouth-watering treats from food trucks, and wickedly delicious Halloween cookie decorating!
You can show off your best Halloween fits in our costume catwalk and get your face or body painted with glow in the dark designs.
If you’re up for a mind-bending challenge, gather your bravest buds and take on our puzzle room! We’ll also have fang-tastic guests popping up all night!

LOCATION: Queens Park, Moonee Ponds (near the stage area)
For young people aged 12-25!
There’ll be heaps of fun including:
- DJs + Boom box truck
- Food trucks + treats
- Halloween cookie decorating
- Costume parade + glow in the dark face and body painting
- Puzzle room + more!

This event was planned by young people in Moonee Valley City Council’s Avenue Productions group and funded through the FReeZA program. FReeZA is a Victorian Government initiative that supports young Victorians to get involved in their community by planning and running drug, smoke, vaping and alcohol-free music and cultural events for other young people.
We acknowledge the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung people as traditional custodians of the land this event will take place on and we pay respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Elders, past, present and emerging.
