Self Defense workshop – Wednesday 6 July, 2022

Learn self defense!

This TeenSafe Self-Defence workshop offers a hands on learning experience in escaping, dealing, and surviving real or potential violent threats. Participants will learn how to say no to violence, how to be assertive, personal safety tips, and dealing with bullying.

🕑 Time: 2pm – 5pm

📍Location: Doutta Galla Community Hall, Essendon North (55 Kerferd St, Essendon North, 3041)

😀 This workshop is for young people aged 12 – 25 who live, study, work or hang out in Moonee Valley.

This workshop is FREE. All materials used in the workshop will be provided.

Please be aware the following COVID safe measures are in place:

 

• We will have spare face masks available as well as hand sanitizer.

• Social distancing measures will be encouraged.

• Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell or are a deemed as a close contact.
