YOUTH SUPPORT
We offer free and confidential one-on-one support to young people in Moonee Valley.
If you’re a young person aged 12-25 who lives, studies, works or hangs out in the area, we have workers that you can talk to! We can meet at your school, a library, or community centre, or we have a private space at our office in Moonee Ponds.
We can work with you to set goals and provide practical support with things like:
- Looking for work
- Wanting to go back to school, TAFE, or university
- Centrelink support
- Life skills support
- Support to better manage finances
- Support with housing
We also can work with you to develop personal resources and skills to cope with challenges in areas such as:
- Mental health and well-being
- Family and peer relationships
- Education support
- Social support

JUST DROPPING IN
Drop in to see us! We are located at 9 Kellaway Avenue, Moonee Ponds if you would like to ask about the service and receive a hard copy of a referral form. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. We cannot guarantee an appointment right away.
SERVICE REFERRAL
Community based organisations, school wellbeing staff and other community based services can refer young people to the service. Please fill in the referral form above.
FAMILY REFERRAL
Family and friends of young people can refer to the service ensuring the young person is aware of the referral being made and has given consent. Please fill in the referral form above or give us a call!
SECONDARY CONSULTATION
We offer secondary consultation to anyone working with young people or parents/carers within the Moonee Valley region. Contact us on 92431225 and we can support you to ensure young people are receiving the most appropriate service based on their needs.
